On February 14, 2026, the Hindu Temple of Virginia (HTVA) entered into an agreement with the Vasavi Temple of Virginia Association (VTVA), under which VTVA provided financial support toward the construction of the new temple building. As part of this agreement, HTVA approved the installation of the divine idol of Goddess Vasavi Kanayakaparameswari, along with the idols of Sri Lakshmiprasanna Venkateswara Swamy, at the newly constructed HTVA facility located at:

Under this agreement:

• As part of constructing a sacred temple for Sri Lakshmiprasanna Venkateswara Swamy, we will be installing an idol of Goddess Vasavi Kanyakaparameswari in accordance with Śāstras and traditional Agama procedures in phase-1, which will eventually be relocated to phase-2 along with Sri Lakshmiprasanna Venkateswara Swamy.


• Religious services (Pūjas, Sevas, Utsavams) will be conducted as per tradition.
