Loyal supporters can opt recurring donations of any amount ($1/day or $51/month or $101/month) every month. These recurring donations help our temple run smoothly and sustain during challenging times.

Recurring donor forms can be submitted in two ways: online or by paper submission.

For online submission, click the "Download Sponsorship Form" button, fill out the form, and email it to seva@svtva.org.

If you are authorizing ACH (bank account) payments, please be sure to include a signed ACH authorization form along with a voided check. For online submissions,  make sure to attach the voided check when emailing the completed form.

Recurring contributions will be automatically withdrawn from your account until you notify us to cancel.

Sponsors can visit the temple and request for ashirvachanam and prasadam on the preferred day specified in the ACH form.
